ROHS six harmful substances detection.
ROHS, also known as Directive 2002/95 / EC. In 2005, the European Union supplemented the maximum value of six hazardous substances (mercury (mercury), lead, cadmium, chromium (hexavalent), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE).
Currently, there are 30 types of exemption.
At the end of 2008, the EU proposed HBCD, DEHP, DBP, and BBP as a priority assessment of substances. It may add to the RoHS control list in the future.
2009 European Parliament proposed in 2014 to increase the BFR, CFR, PVC, DEHP, DBP, BBP and chlorinated plasticizers and other substances to the RoHS directive.
Electronic and electrical products on the market of EU Member States shall not contain six toxic and hazardous materials or elements.
Heavy metals: cadmium and cadmium compound Cd, lead and lead compounds Pb, mercury and compounds Hg, hexavalent chromium compounds Cr.
Organic bromine compounds: Polybrominated biphenyls PBBs, polybrominated diphenyl ethers PBDEs.
