Test procedure
Before starting the equipment, we must check whether the power grounding wire is grounded in a reasonable way, whether it is easy to turn on the specially designed miniature circuit breaker, and whether the holder rests in the back position, etc.

Set the required working temperature.
Set the holding time according to the tested cloth drying time, setting time, and steam time.
Open the heating knob, and then open the steam valve.
After reaching the required temperature, it will be automatically the heat preserved.
Put the needle board frame with good cloth into the bracket, press the feed button, start the automatic work process, time is up, automatically quit and call the bell.

When the machine isn’t in operation, we should turn off the heating knob, open the upper fume hood mouth, and cut off the power of the machine. At the same time, we should also cut off the power switch outside the machine.
The function
This machine is suitable for the dyeing and finishing laboratory to carry out the test of steaming and cultivation, baking, setting, and drying, in order to get the correct resin processing formula, test the color change of dyeing and finishing processing and verify the result of the pharmaceutical test.
