Application

Laboratory Tenter, Replaces conventional drying chambers to provide accurate color matching and greatly reduces sampling time. In addition, it allows instant testing of fabrics coming off the mill for timely detection of side/center color differences.

Lab tenter is an excellent tool for producing samples as it replicates exactly the desired color and finishes size. It evaluates the degree of color change and further prevents color differences during the resin finishing or drying process.

Performs dye tests, auxiliary and chemical tests, and provides conditions similar to those of a pilot plant to evaluate the effect on fastness and product quality.

Operation Method of Laboratory Tenter TD620

The workflow of the machine is as follows:

step1  Before starting the equipment, you must check whether the power grounding wire is reliably grounded. Then check the following:
Whether the three-phase motor rotation direction is correct. Whether the special air switch is flexible, whether the needle board fabric holder is stopped in the rear position (exit position), close the left and right, and rear side exhaust port.

step2  At first, open the power switch knob.

step3  Secondly, set the required working temperature.

step4  According to the test cloth drying, shaping time, set the holding time.

step5  Then, open the heating knob, and heaters start to be put into operation.

step6  After reaching the required temperature, then it will automatically enter the heat preservation state.

step7  Put the needle board frame with good cloth on the bracket, press the feed button, start the automatic work process, when time is up, automatically quit and call the bell.

step8  Prepare the next batch of drying.

step9  stop, the heating knob off, open the exhaust port behind and both sides of the machine, cool down to 75℃ and cut off the power of this machine. At the same time, also cut off the power switch outside the machine.
